RLNTLESS is a player-driven basketball organization focused on developing athletes’ independence and effectiveness.
We source ideas from research, game tape, statistics, and a network of experts, including university, national, and professional coaches, world-renowned psychologists, and leaders in learner-driven models of education.
Evidence-Based Ideas
We grow athletes’ ability to assess their own game, find solutions to problems, and transform their training environment – so they’re not waiting on luck, the good graces of a coach, or a world class team, to progress their goals.
PERSONAL AGENCY DEVELOPMENT
We use a scientific approach in our program development, to target training towards skills and reads that will have the greatest impact on a player’s game.
Targeted training
Our approach ensures our athletes’ time is not wasted,
and that they consistently receive next-level training.
